My love of media began walking around my mother's art gallery countless days thinking about what art I would leave behind. By the time I looked up I had fallen in love with music and started DJing in high school. While earning my bachelor's in communications at Xavier University of Louisiana I helped start the school's first low-power radio station. I attended the Institute of Audio Research in New York receiving an associate's degree in recording engineering and production at the time of analog recording changing to digital. I worked on ProTools version 1 and went on to record artists in New York, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Atlanta, Washington DC, and back home in Houston.Growing up with Chamillionaire and Paul Wall as close friends from 7th grade through graduation, I jumped at the opportunity to work with Chamillionaire after graduation where I assisted in the production of his biggest mixtapes and debut album which won a Grammy and sold more than 2M copies certifying double platinum. Next, I worked in PR representing 2 more Grammy winners at OGPR with Nancy Byron. Years later my love of tech led me to MediaTech Ventures where I began to incubate Emmerse.During this learning process, I realized I love Product Management and helping people build products that change the world. I'm a Certified Scrum Product Owner with 10+ years of experience in Product and Project management experience. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills that allow for effective communication among various departments and levels of the organization, resulting in solid relationships, built trust, and increased influence. Proven track record of driving and delivering complex products from concept to launch. An inquisitive and innovative mind with a passion for continuous learning and personal development, that enables me to change, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Let's build the future together!!!
